Managing Director, Kieran Cowley began his career as an apprentice, learning his trade from the ground up, developing the skills, work ethic and attention to detail that would define everything he went on to build. From those early beginnings, Kieran founded The Cowley Group, growing it into a highly successful specialist contracting business with over twenty vans on the road and a trusted team delivering projects across the region.
Then, in 2020, like so many businesses, everything changed.
The Covid pandemic hit the construction industry hard and Kieran found himself having to make the incredibly difficult decision to scale back, regroup and start again from scratch. It was a defining moment, and the making of the business you see today.
